well, i forget which one is flying spear. the one where you throw it or the stabby one?

It's the one where you throw. Well, no you don't really have to max it. If you are going Heuksal, might as well put some points onto it though. Also it looks nice ^_^ Nukers should just have 2 nukes... ^_^
