My brother joined our guild the other day, and he is a level 12 intending to be a pure STR bow. However, he has no idea as to what in the heck to research.... right now he has cold attacks, which I think are highly stupid, considering the fact he's going pure STR.
He also has the white hawk summon, if that helps your advice at all. Me and the other guild leader think he should continue pure STR and not go hybrid, since all the other hybrid bow combos we've seen suck * 7.
What would you guys advise? I know it sounds very stupid, but me and him just wanted to get some outside opinions
Well, he should definetely keep going pure str. He also should max anti-devil, multi-arrow, white-hawk and blue hawk and berserker arrow. He should get grasswalk in lightning. I would also tell him to get fire imbue, the passive, and the phys boost. There are some guides on this website that will help you out.

yes, keep him on pure str, putting all points into str. max anti-devil, arrow combo, white and blue hawk(not black), the range bow whatever its called, berserker arrow(this is your heavy damager after anti-devil), strong bow is optional, and max the passive
cold?!!?!??? no no no no no no no *3. since hes just lvl 12, he has a chance. go fire for your main force get the imbue, the fire shield, flame devil or whatever(3rd book), fire protection or sumthin, and the passive
in lightning, get the grasswalk, the force buff is optional, concentration, and the passive
this is just a simulation if he really wants to go cold then let him go cold but this is the more successful pure str bow build
