FULL STRENGTH OR INT WHICH TO CHOOSE

im somewhat a noob still i like glavies and spears and lightning ice and force i was wondering if i should go full int or full strength and why it would be a good help to know which to choose and why

if you like to go survive longer go pure str.
if you like to kill faster high lvl=pure int. this can be quite hard since you dont have good hp to survive especially in pvp so i suggest hybrid and look up on suicidegirl's thread of hybrid.
