Hey all you guys out, I was just wondering,
- When and possibly where would be the best place for a low level to get quick SP at all costs?

Mangyang, for sure.
Just be careful for the champion, it'll tear your heart out in a *cough* heart beat o______o

Anyway, you should farm at lvl 16, having a 9 gap.
Location: Stronghold, duh ..

well the only prob about stronghold is that there are to many bots/players ect.ect.
