Generic Cold Archer

What is the most generic way to great a cold archer? This is my first character so I want to know an easy way to make it good.

As for the ice skills,

Imbue (of course)
Ice buff (the one that adds +psy defense)
Icewall (good if you run low on hp vs pure str - ghost walk away and cast)
Frost nova (good to restart a fight if they get in a stun maybe - cast)

Also remember the passive of course
