pure int

hey im pure int, spear, nuker, use fire as main skill and lightening as secondary skill. use both fire and light nukes. but im not sure what armor i should use :S armor, garment or protector?? i want to take much damage and still survive. and..do good in PvP...

plz help..

this has been discused LOTS of times, some say to go garment for pve and change to armor later for like lvl 5x.

others say to use armor in pvp to fight str builds, and garment for nukers, but its totally up to you.

i am lvl 70 pure int spear and i like to use garment....so i can stay behind tankers frds and nuke enemies and i use garments so i can tank other nukes flyin @ me.

Armor for pvp, garmets for farming at higher lvls

It depends on what type of pvp you're going for. In 1v1, being a pure int you will never win. In group fights I suggest you wear protector since it gives you decent defense against int and str attacks and a 10% speed increase just in case things get hectic.

Your biggest threat will be pure str builds. If you're really concerned about your defense, I say start maxing ice wall. Even though you wont be able to move, it provides an extra layer of defense which could be the difference between living and dying. Sometimes all a pure int spear needs is one more nuke to take down a pure str and ice wall can help you achieve that.

WTF??? "In 1v1, being a pure int you will never win."???? Yeah right lol you can win a lot with pure int, just like any build if you know how to play it.... I've never lost to people within a few lvls of me personally, str or int builds, except for bladers at this lvl. It all depends on equips, and though strs can have a significant edge on ints who havent hybridized, never say never.

Nukers should forget about 1v1 against full str's before they're fully farmed at 69-70. Unless you have some godly gears, you wont be really good at pvp. BUT after lvl 69 with the 3rd book of stab, real fun begins for you.
