help on sp farming! PLZ HELP

i read that sp farming is neither good nor bad,

if you farm you will have a great amount of sp but will take a lot of time and will mainly farm at the bandit stronghold but when done you will have an easy time with a 0-2 lvl gap

if you dont farm you won't have to go through all the time killing over and over again for about a month and will farm throughout the game by killing monsters and doing quests but will have less sp and will have to keep a 5+ lvl gap

another method i read about was just to farm a little bit, close the gap to about 5-6, lvl for about 5-10 levels then farm again. therefore going through the game and at the same time sp farming, like a mix

so, anyone with first hand experience with these methods or just people that want to get a opinion out plz comment :]

P.S: this question has been in my head for awhile now and i need some satisfying comments to help clear my head. sry its just the kind of person i am.

I'm currently on lvl 28 with my char and I did the "mixing option". I had a 5 lvl gap at the stronghold, and i farmed there for like 2-3 hours (I am NOT a patient type ). After that I closed the gap to 2, coz i wanted to boost up some skills. Then I kept the 2 lvl gap, but when getting to the Chakji's (or nearby) in Western China I raised the gap to 6. I farmed for sp's quite a lot on Demon Horses and on Ghost Soldiers. Then I got it back to 2...
That's how i want to go through the game. I think it's quite a fair system because I wouldn't hold out like 2 days of pure farming for sp's. I would go . That's my experience from the mixed system.
