You think at lvl 23 i can still get the quest
Building a very powerful player
At some point of lvl in the game do quests become inactive to you if not accepted?
For example if i were to level to 30 without killing 200 archers would the blacksmith still ask me or am I beond it?
Clearly i would find out now if servers were up and i visit the rich guy but I cant
Any ideas?

Wanna hear something retarded?
I didnt really know I could go to west and south sides.
I couldn't go to Yeoha
So uh... my first 10 levels were mangyang. It was horrible.
In fact, I didnt know there were quests for weasels and water ghosts.
Definetly need a beginners guide so others dont live this nightmare.
I know. I was lucky when i started, coz i was over at RaveN's on a networked computer, so he was able to help me heaps. Still i was constantly going. "Hey, what's this?" "How do i do that?" "Where's this?"
I'd hate to think what i'd have been like on my own.
Still, i've got my own n00b story, first couple of times on a horse i didn't know how to dismount, so i just got monsters to attack it till it died.

ah the newbie times :]
I remember when Moogie and I first started, we went exploring in the royal palace, wandering over the little wooden bridges crossing the pond in the west side of the palace, and coming back Moogie got stuck in the door due to some lag, we soon learnt it was better to use the mouse to move :]
after that we pretty much managed to progress fairly, and improved the second time round on beta

silkroad has a cap of 30,000 sp, it is best done at low levels that way it is harder to spend them on useless skills that you will not need, i currently have around 15000 sp and i am going for the full 30000, it really helps alot because once you have all of your masteries up to date you level extremely fast, because of the bonus for having high masteries and the fact that you know tons of skills.

meby someone already said this, but im to lazy to read the post... so:
each lvl between your char lvl and highest mastery lvl means 10% more sp, the maximum is a lvl difference of 9 (u can have a higher lvl difference but u wont get 10% more sp)
example: if ur lvl 15 and ur highest mastery is lvl 10, u will get 50% more sp
I dont know if u get a negative 10% on normal exp, but the difference between those lvls will make ur overall skills lower... so killing will be harder the more u want to get out of that lvl difference bonus

The 10% aren't added, they are transferred. So you get 150% sp and 50% xp in your example.
