sp farming

ok im really just reposting this question cause i didnt really get good advice...

so...

i read that sp farming is neither good nor bad,

if you farm you will have a great amount of sp but will take a lot of time and will mainly farm at the bandit stronghold but when done you will have an easy time with a 0 lvl gap

if you dont farm you won't have to go through all the time killing over and over again for about a month and will farm throughout the game by killing monsters and quests but will have less sp and will have to keep a 7+ lvl gap

so, anyone with first hand experience with these methods or just people that want to get a opinion out plz comment :]

i prefer sp farming at the den.
