2 quick Q's - scream mask vs warlock & avatar

If I used scream mask on someone, and a warlock cast DOTs on him, would the warlock have a 1/3 chance of being stunned each time the DOTs did damage?

Second question, would 3% ignore monster defense work well for a warlock? Since warlock trains mostly with DOT's, ignore monster may increase the overall killing rate, but I'm not sure it would be worth it.

1- Only the first hit gets counted when using a Dot for the stun chance .

2-There aren't many good stats to add instead of the 3% ignore monster defence and the 5% attack increase , anyway it will be most useful when grinding on party mobs or a giant .

You can be right though , i thought about it this way , if it gives you 1/3 chance of getting stun everytime it Dots , you will find a lot of warlocks talking about it and it will be a famous "exploit" .

I just tested it, and it does stun during DOT I got stunned twice by my own scream mask. Also, it works for mag damage.
