might be somewhat biased coming from a force bower here, but i'd say force.
Ice gives you the defence and snow, but the debuffs can get you more defence and loads of attack power

Honestly, force is probably better for PvP. But I PREFER ice. Because I hate force. =p

Try going 80 fire, 30 ice and spam ice imbue on any euro that doesn't have the holyword+axe combo or any chin without fire.

Gives you everything.
