S/S or Spear Nuker?

Right now i have a lvl 101 S/S lightning/ice nuker...he is FF 96 all skills. I like him so far but i really want to up my damage a bit. I've been thinking about changing him to a Spear nuker.

So far this is the pros/cons i came up with:
pros: more damage, spear nuker will be 98 FF (spear takes much less sp than sword), more hp
cons: less defense (shield and phys buff gone), no bleed/chains for debuffs

Also i was wondering that if i do change him to a Spear nuker...should i also change him to a Spear Fire/Ice nuker? Most of the spear nukers i see on VEnus are fire/ice...i assume its for the damage... But if i do change to fire...what nukes should i get..i doubt i will get all 3 of them.. was thinking of the last one (disintegration) and the fast cast one (firebomb).

So please everyone tell me what you think.

You don't have to go with fire i, myself got a lv95 light ice spear nuker on ZSZC i absolutely love it, if you stay wih light that would save you alot of time too so IMO thats the best choice

Personally, I like spear nukers more. You will have a lot more HP, and your damage will increase. IF you change, also change to fire. Take all 3 nukes.

i'll guess i'll decide after this fortress war..

i think i'll just change to a lightning ice spear nuker first...then decide on whether or not to go fire

S/S is really the only chinese build that can handle being pure.

hmm maybe..i could still add 9 lvls of str..so it'll be almost a 1:9 hybrid..about 2k+ hp

I really do enjoy my pure int spear. It started as spear, loved it then switched to s/s, hated it haha. Now I'm back to spear and really is more fun in general to me. The big numbers that come up while pvping are the most entertaining part. I dont really think fire is NECESSARY, but thats because my typical nuker build is just light/ice becuase Im soo impatient to grind with no light and too poor to buy speed pots xD

i hate how pure int spears die faster, but grinding wise i luv them.

Spear definitely, but if you want to switch 2 masteries, you might just want to farm out another and bring it up, that's what i did.

Spear, cuz you get alot more HP and that helps in grinding and pvp and you get double damage that's help you in PvP too.

ye i decided to try out spear..its lvl 60 so far now ^^ should be fully lvled in 2-3 days...

now i just need to find a good spear

What about a mix of Fire cold and light ? :O

Pure INT spear nuker rock, I am now lvl 92 ice/light, damage dealer, one hit mobs with my light nukes on 91 mobs. And with snow shield u can actually sustain in a PVP... but not as long as a S/S, depending on how fast u can kill the opponent while snow in on.
