Char Build Question.....

Ok i use a spear and a bow and i use light mostly with about 10-15 mastrey in ea skill for small skills. I need to know with my str and int distribution what should i do 2:1 for my bow strength or 1:2 for all the magic i use plus to bost me spear attack?? i dont know what to do. * i also use lots of magic*
