what's the best pve spear nuker build?

I've always wanted to build a nice spear int build, but for pvp I much prefer str builds.

So lets say pvp isn't a concern, what's the best build for a nuker?

I'm mostly worried about being able to survive surprise champions and giants.

You can go pure nuker if you plan on only doing PvE. If not a Pure Int with Heuk/Fire maxed and like 80 Light/30 Ice or 70/40 will do fine too. Don't worry about surviving, with autopot and the increased health you should do fine.
