Bladers are definitely not a killing machine. They are slow tanks.

With their buffs, they can kill some builds, but not all. Best pure Blader build would be Fire, Ice, Bich. But it's hardly a killing machine or a pvp god.

Nope, with snow on, a 101+9 son blader only hit me for like 4k-5k dmg. She's 104 ff and i'm 102 in full 10d still. I was kinda shocked at how low the dmg was... than realized it was a blader after all...

Only time bladers turn into killing machines is when they're killing something that's a lower lvl than them. In which case, every build is a killing machine.

well with 60% snow (assuming thats part of your ff 102) thats not too bad for a damage
against full int that'd behalf your life with a double stab on the ground without a block.
with 2 crits you'd prob die.


the bladers live from bleed and the chain debuffs and the an occasional crit.
but yes, they are more widely recognized for their tanking, though i wouldnt underestimate them
only because of that.

During the Beta tesing phase of ZSZC Pserver Sro. I choose the build 100/bich/cold/fire.

i took both imbue for diff. purposes, Ice for pvp and fire for Pve

I love the build, during the beta testing i manage to kill 2 char with full 10 Deg equips, and never get killed by one; btw i have no vigors on . I manage to inflict freezing(the block of ice that cancels) 80% of the time even with max fire shield and top universal pills on.

But there is are Problems...

yes... it took me more than 2mins to kill any build, and Str types 3~4mins max. Those 2 full 10Deg users were int types that just hit me random, They are with snow, very hard to kill, no problem just KD+Stab them until snowshield dispears. I used fire imbue once against a Glaiver and it manage to kill him with a lucky crit
Pve was a bitch, for nukers to kill mobs it took them 2 hits or like 5 secs., me i took 4 succesful kd and 4 stab like 15 secs.

This build only good tank... Bad Monster/Unique killer... build is still good

in memory of my char. "iLikePorn" ZSZC was fun while it lasted...

That was kd, stabs hit for like 2-3k. I don't have any prem stuff, but he did. If I had a devil and prem+, i'd have well over 20k hp. Right now still rocking with 18k. Unless he hits 15k crits, it's hard to kill since there are pots being used in the pvp. 5k kd, + 12k stabs, but in between the stabs i'm recovering hp, so that's still 17k-hp recovered from pots/18k. Not enough to kill me unless he crits like 2-3 times in a row.

mhmm thats weird i borrowed a blader from my friend and it had a npc set and never lost one fair fight that day i used it.
ints were the easiest and only warriors were annoying, the only time i did lose was when i fought a warrior with an outside cleric.

Not at 90 Cap lol..I had a normal +5 set, nothing special..+5 s/s and acc's. Ofc I did have prem+/devil but so did they.

while we on this subject, what most bladers wear ? because i thought no matter the build, bladers go garment.

but if you check most servers where best bladers wear armor instead.

Garm either way IMO but you could go prot if you take 90 Light/20 Ice build.

Half the bladers on Eldorado wear garments, and the other half protector, even with the 100 fire / bich / cold.

The two chars above only have some armor pieces, most is prot.

So they have even better phys defense. Personally, I would only go as far as protector so I get an almost even balance. I reckon a glaiver with armour would get mowed down by a good nuker, with protector, they are a lot more tank.
