Fire Shield And Stun..

I was just wondering if fire shield helps to reduce the time stunned?
I tested it and i think it reduce but everyone keep telling me it dosen't help..

If it wont help me, i'd rather spend more money on accessrioes and save some sp to get immune from other effects..

Ya people told me the same thing. Notice: Stun effect can last as long as 0.5 -- 3 seconds even in normal monster. SO yeah...hard to say

I really dont think so. My fire shield has 70% reduction and i was at Yachals some days ago - they stun me for a very long time with fire shield on or not. It really sux. Stun cant be reduced i guess...

Nope, stun-effects is not affected by Fire Shield.

Just fire, ice, cold, poision and zombie.

Then its kind of waste to max this skill =/
I mean comon i'd love to buy sp's using gold.
I spend more money on alchemy to get immune to other effects and keep this skill at low levels saving sp for other skills.

I keep my fire shield on 70%...

And stun duration is based on you getting hit and it being interrupted...

If you get stunned and not hit with a melee attack it's likely that it's effect would be the full duration.

I don't really get the "buy sp using gold" butm.. with fire shield you can become immune to ice, fire and cold easially.. without it it's almost inpossible. You have to farm a bit more, yes, but in the end you take less damage and don't have to carry (much) pills anymore.

And being immune is extremely handy.. even when you pot the status effect is still there for 1sec, which can slow you down or get hurt by fire from time2time.

He meant that you can get the effect that fire shield does by buying tablets and stones and do it on your own gear.

not a waste at all. i am not status immune, and it's awesome for PvP and when grinding mobs w/ status effects. also great for going through DR :P and you save loads of money on pills. i think i've used less than 100 pills in the last month.

Soul spear is the skill for only spear/glaive which has the ability to stun. The duration varies from 0.5 second to 3 seconds. As for the 0.5 seconds, i am not very sure. It is like: BAM! You see a flash of twirling pool which shows that the monster is stunned before it disappeared. So fast that it doesn't even count as a stunt
