Can any1 tell me wads the highest lvl can my snow shield be for a pure str blader?

you mean the highest without draining all your MP? id say about 30% is good enough for pure str

Though a blader could do fine with 20%

I pvped a blader with 30% snow shield... not fun... although he was 3 lvls higher than me so him using it was kinda cheap.

If you got the Ice high enough to get more snow than the usual 20% you can take up to 30-35% probably cuz of your shield and kd.
