SERIOUSLY...........is Warlock/Bard a good build?

Been trying to look around for some War/Bard build guild but i guess this build is very rare. I'm still in the process of learning how to use both this build. People have been telling me to go War/Cleric or Bard/Cleric but i'm just really sick of everyone being a sub Cleric and i wanted to do something different.

Is it worth doing this build or or should i just go with the flow and be like everyone else?

My char is only lvl 18 btw with both Warlock and Bard skills at lvl 15. i don't wanna go any further and waste anymore SP from here on.

Some one from greece was on 90 cap warlock/bard but he had sun harp and more he did pretty well

But you dont have any defence... so how you want to kill ?

Making a war/bard just to be different isn't a good idea.
The reason why its rare is because its just a very bad combination.
You wont be as helpful as a war/cleric in fortress/guild wars and you wont last long in a pvp.
People usually just buy speed drugs anyway because bards aren't always there, and you need another bard with you to do dances and when one dies you have to set it up again which can be a pain in the ass when your being attacked. Bards are very nice to have but only after a cleric.
It sounds fun..but when your fighting someone and he's talking crap and you can't beat him it's not gonna be so fun anymore lol.
Do warlock/cleric.
Your going to need a lot of sp tho.

that's what im afraid of. and the amount of SP i have to get doesn't help either. How about Bard/Cleric?

I dont think that a warlock bard is good build

mmm , I see it

PVP / JW / GW / FW .... useless (Warlock skills/status bugs (No fixed) + low damage from both masterys + low defense)
Leveling / Plvl .... Good ( Faster bard + Warlock berzerk recharge fast )

I think , the best warlock is Warlock/Cleric pure int or hibrid

you dont need all cleric skills just get heal cycle,recovery division and holy word if your low on sp or if you really wanna save up go for holy spell at higher lvls and skip holy word

As for lock skills you only need 2 dot's the ones that give dull and bleed are most important so you can delvl the others when you get them
well actually you can probbly make do without a lot of skills from both trees it just depends on how you play

warlock bard is a good build only if you have a warrior next to you... xD
like makaveli said there was one his name was AmeIie (Xanovaria) he had the sun harp but also he had Isoton (the first 90 farmed warrior) next to him... but he was an awesome build he hit as much as a nuker but twice as fast... counting he had the sun... no to mention the 200+ kills in fortress... him and black_ice (som harp) were "bards of fury" xD
