Question about 2h,1h skills

Hi,

I was a pure 2h warrior before one friend asked me to be 1h to tank him better (and to be alive).
I've raised my One-Handed Lord passive skills to enough to get Slash, Shield Trash and Double-Stab.
I'm not focused on the One-Handed masteries and those things are enough for us now.

But I wanted to withdraw Slash and get Berserker so I was looking at mmosite web page to have an idea of how many sp do I need to raise One-Handed Arms which increments your physical attack power.

What It got me amazed is it says: "Weapon: Any weapon or empty hand." (http://sro.mmosite.com/eu/skills/warrior.shtml#3).

Does it means that my 2h is affected by this passive skill?
Sorry if it sounds a bit "silly" but I'm just wondering... I've been a 2h lord always.
