Why is it that this skill with 50% stun stuns like 10% of the time? Explain plox

I used it on monsters from my lvl and it almost always just says: Resist

that skill isnt even worth lvling up....just get the sudden twist or w/e skill...it stuns like 80% of the time I think...and it does dmg

it doesn't stun, it gives bleed and stun for my warrior (82) works good in PvP i stun them then give them bleed ---> Dare Devil.
I dont use axes in PvE, 2h is way better for mobs

82 and you don't know the names of your own skills.. pff.
He's talking about the skill Axis Quiver which can hit up to six people - but does no damage. You're talking about the skill Sudden Twist.

Anyway, OT, The skill only has 5 levels. The problem is probably that your stun is one/two levels lower than the mobs you're grinding.

also.. at 90 cap the skill was pretty useless in PvP because it was 8 level stun, but at 100 it should be useful again while getting hit by multiple people because the stun is level 10.

ill go try it out on lvl 15 monsters then, see how it stuns. If i like it ill keep leveling it, otherwise dlvl. Right now this skill is really farked up O.o
