is there a good chance for war/cleric to kill war/rogue?

i want to pwn this friend of mine, he's a war/rogue, he thinks he's all that, acting all tough just because he can pwn some other newbies on the server and thought he can pwn everyone else. so i farmed a euro char with 600k sp already and thinking about playing as a war/cleric, because of all the switching and long battle is fun, but i also want to beat him with his own build, so what i'm asking is... which one has a higher chance of killing the other? i had some experience with war/cleric, but not war/rogue, so i dont know. if there's any war/rogue players around, can u please tell me a bit about ur experiences playing against a warrior/cleric? and if u are a war/cleric that has fought against war/rogue, can you also please tell me about ur experiences, thanks.

Hello man, im warrior/rogue and it will depend on few things, the weap your friend uses, and the crits, thats all about warrior rogues, just if he have a good daggers with high crit, and knock you dowm, and if he knows how to change weap fast, he will pown you forever. Because Daggers are so dangerous, if you are in the floor, nad if you dont die with DD and MW, he will use Prick, it will just depends on weaps and skills for warrior/ rogue, the weakness of a warrior is the mag attak, so when im in pvp i tried to use sprint when a nucker or a wizard try to make a nuke, then i knock him down, and then switch to daggers DD + MW, and there is like 2 crits in a row, its kinda hard to survive there man... i sugguest get a warrior rogue to kill him... type warrior rogue in youtube, my inspiration was LightHeart, she own that build... its just sweet,...

assuming both chars are same at level and gear, and players with same skills - warrior/rogue will win. but that doesn't happen all too often so u'll have to analyse ur own situation here.

as a guideline however, since u mention that ur friend can only pwn newbs, i doubt he's a very good warrior/rogue. as a warrior/cleric here's a few tips and tricks in order to beat warrior/rogues:

- if bless and skins are allowed, always have one or the other on though preferably bless since skins won't allow u to switch to cleric without losing the buff
- if u can get a good set then go robes for mp reduction, otherwise go light armor and get the passives
- when knocked down, i rather use cleric rod than 1h as ur heals will be more effective PLUS ur passive def goes up.
- always try to bind and dull until they have one or the other or BOTH
- soften them with the kd -> triple swings during bind/dull for extra damage
- u should be able to finish with a sudden twist (if stun or bleed proc) -> daredevil -> turn rising blah blah and if not just rinse and repeat the above step
- if u find urself down and still alive after his DD -> mortal wounds...ALWAYS spring assault and shield crush in this order to prevent his follow up prick/butterfly

keep in mind u'll also need to be quite capable of switching and keeping urself in a healthy state using healing cycles so practice is important!

and remember to use grains to reduce delay

yeh warrior/warlock is kinda cheap going against non cleric chars, and of course i have one , but i wanna use a warrior/cleric or a warrior/rogue to fight him


i'm thinking of using light armor with cleric passives, but i'm wondering if it better than using 1h with it passives and heavy armor against str (like the war/rogue) when i get kd. any thoughts? oh and thanks guys for the tips/tricks

oh and the lightheart video from youtube, i've watched that more than 10 times lol :p i was kinda getting inspired by him/her too

War/cleric > war/rogue imo.
I don't think you will have much problems killing him, since you have bless and all.

Yep thats what im talking about Lightheart, shes the own with warrior/rogue, i think its more the damage a warrior rogue will do with Dags, if you are KD its kida hard surviving if u get 12-15 douuble crit imh... its all about practice and good weaps...
