with 40 ice u will have 30% snow and 60 light 15% mag. increase, it will deal HUGE dmg. and a Armor set is a must, also recommend it to be hybrid. a good armor set and jewels will help but a str. crit might brig ur hp down. would work great vs all chinese builds but u will have very little chance of killing warriors.

I see so if i do go hybrid how should i put it? and is there any way so that i can use garment? i like the extra spd it provides

It seems to me 30% damage absorption of Snow Shield is not enough, but that's exactly the question: at higher lvls (100 or future 120) how much Snow Shield would be needed. 40% - 50% or even the 60% gotten at 100?

Hard to forsee if it's not actually tested.

if full int, then 100 cold as a bower, unless you have a death wish, because you have low hp and not much defending it aside from the knockback.
