Nuker, take fire buffs or not?

Hello, some weeks ago I started a nuker, I will mainly use him for pve and powerleveling purposes. I decided to go light/cold/fire(yes I have already choosen it, so I won't change).
Now I was wondering if it would be good to level the fire protection buffs.
Would they be worth the sp since I already have a high mag defence? If I'm gonna powerlvl/grind on magical mobs I'll have a garment set anyway.. So should I take them or not?

Well any extra mag def you can get is nice. Unless you are having problems getting sp I would get it.

If you just have SP Take them, Extra Mag.def is always good against Magical Damage Dealing Mobs (And Wizards too)

I shall see if I have the SP, if I get problems at later lvls I think I'm just gonna leave it.. Won't be a pvp char anyway

I would get it. It gives a nice boost at higher lvls which'll help u at roc mt.
