My pure STR/Glaive/Fire/Lightning/Ice build

Since I'm ditching my pure int lightning toon and going with a str/glaive, I decided to post my build here. So far I'm 17 and I'm enjoying the game a lot more than I was with my pure int. A lot less potions have been used too. I'm sure that'll change later on though since pure ints don't take a lot of hits after 30'ish.

You could farm a lot or level the entire way with a 5 mastery gap. Max every book as high as it can go. Pretty straight forward. If/when the cap becomes 90 the build will become 90 heuskal, 74 fire, 68 cold, 68 lightning. If the cap is raised to 150 I'm quitting the game and selling my account.

IMO you are planning WAY too far in advance, we'll see if you ever get to lvl 5x hehe.

You might be right. I've had a problem in the past with seeing 4 characters to 20 and then ditching them. Then read about how pure int nukers level faster than anyone. So I thought a single line nuker would be best for me since I could go with a 0 gap to 70. All the way to level 28 I was thinking of how the end game wouldn't be very fun for me 'cuz I was going to be pretty weak in PvP. So in the end I've devised this character and I'm going to try to see it through. Like I said I'm having a lot more fun with him and I'm actually looking forward to end game stuff other than farming really fast as a nuker.

I got to level 17 with him in two nights of playing. At this point I'm just hoping I don't get burnt out. I'm taking a week off the game starting today 'cuz my wife and I just bought a two story 4 bedroom house, escrow closes tomorrow and we move in Saturday. DSL wont be hooked up until Tuesday and I'm sure I'll have a lot of work around the house to take care of before I can do any serious playing again. So...yeah...5x is looking pretty far away right now.

Maybe I should just bot? Eh?? Guess that's not very funny.

yea hehe, not funny about botting lol...


but yea, i had the same problem, got my pure int to lvl 37, decided to change him to hybrid, now he is lvl 39, and i pwn in pvp, or so far i do, on people my level and lower...

but i also got tired of the int based char and started another full str blader and she is lvl 23 now with full sos/som gear, and she is fun to play, i like the extra hp, she has more hp now than my lvl 39 does hahaha


my lvl 23 has 1900hp and my lvl 39 has 1580hp lol
