Passive skills - how do i increase them

Hey all its my first post so pardon the dumb question

I have level 17 force and fire

I would like to get the passive skills in these trees but for the life of me i cannot find out how to activate them.Are they in the same tree as the fire imbue and grasswalk etc or in another tree/location??? Can someone tell me how to activate them.

In this case, use a dictionary instead of the search function.

Homework for you today is find the definition of "passive" and write it out a hundred times followed by a complete definition.

I think the reply you we're hoping for was partyl answered by Kitary, the passives are at the bottom of each mastery type's page, simply scroll down

something else you may want to know is that the passive skills areo nly upgraded once every 10 masteries, starting from 10 then 20, 30, 40 etc.

the passive skillks are located at the bottom of any of the skill trees, they can be upgraded once every 10 mastery lvl's
