Question about SP

I wanna make int build char skills :
weapon skill (full)
ice lvl 12
fire (full)
force ( full)
nuke lvl 12

But i cant find any skill calculator (working). Can anyone tell me how much SP i need to farm? And whats best weapon for these skills?

BTW the calculator link works well but sometimes the site is down just try it later if u cant acces the calculator at your first try
