heavenly rage inceases mag % so does it work on healing? since it is in the attack skill line
I'm just wondering if I should get the passive to get it to heal more, I know people choose not to get healing because there are better ones but I have my own reason to get it and want to get the most out of it.

It's there in the description of the skill: Increases your offensive power when using Trial Cross, Justice Cross and other skills in Sacrifice Line by demonstrating furious power to desecrater.
It only increases the magical attack for Trial/Justice Cross, and Offering/Pure Offering. Doesn't help with how much you heal.
To heal more: Add more INT to your gear, and/or fix the whites to your cleric rod (magical attack, attack rating, and magical reinforce).

We should stop treating people like objects, or at least treat our objects with more respect.
