Snow shield.

Is there anyone that can tell me about Snow Shield? By that, I mean what level SS to use during PvP and what level SS for grinding. Thank you.

snow sheild is in the ice force tree

you get it at level 20

what it does is absorb a certain precent of damage dealt to you and converts it into damage to your mp instead of your hp as long as you have the mp to take the dmg.

Say you'd be hit for 10k dmg, and have the 50% snow sheild 5k dmg would go to your hp and 5k dmg would go to your mana,

this is ideal for a int based character as they have plenty of mp but are lacking on hp, and over all helps them survive alot longer

str characters can still make use of snow sheild but doing so would mean they'd have no mana left to use their own skills with, so most get a low level snow sheild like the first one you get at lvl 20 for 20%, because at higher levels that 20% won't be a huge taxation on your mana but helps them take a little more abuse before they go down

i say use snow sheild as soon as you get it for an int, an str will find their mana gone way fast till about 35 with the 20% snow shield
