5:1 S/S hybrid vs 7:1 S/S hybrid

Is there a big difference in damage between a 5:1 and 7:1 hybrid? And in survivability? (which one would be a better choice..) Also, do 5:1 hybrids have enough HP to tank something, or do they die too easily?

there a slight difference between the two

damage is a bit less and extra hp is noticable

as for tanking:
1:5 can tank a bit, but not hordes, maybe a giant and some general monsters of the chars lvl
