question about Hawk ability!!!

Hawk Training Series from Pacheon tree increase the attack rate right? what if i use spear and i summon a hawk, does that increase mt attack rate or is it just for Pacheon only?

i heard this was true yet, just need a bow to summon the hawk and you're on your way
