can someone tell me whether the "knockdown" has the same affect as the knockdown in bicheon?

it's knock-back not knock-down if you ment the skill from GS series

if u meant that it can cancel attacks/nukes

then yes KB has the same effect as KD

Shorter duration though. And it moves them away from you which is really annoying.
