5:1 hybrid int is a 85% mag balance build at 90 cap if i recall it correctly.

Does it fair good in pvp and still good damaging nukes (Im on ecsro so extra hp will help

Afaik yes. You could choose spear for higher damage at the cost of less survivability. Not sure about ecSRO anyways.

with this build ur nukes will only do good damage if your enemy is not wearing garment, if they wear +5 garments u will need division or that other magic defense debuff (from lightning chain) to do good damage.
