I need some opinions

I am so indecisive, anyways.

I started making a new character, basically making it a chinese healer (its fun to me =P) pure int of course, taking force and ice to 90,

but im not sure what to do with the rest, my plan is having fire and bicheon at 60, then de-lvl fire to 30 to have bicheon at 90.
Reason behind this is, I thought the bicheon skills seemed a little better/usefull for surviving and dmg dealing to me then some nukes and imbume oh and mag deff (from fire), since im int i have good mag deff and magic dmg.
sure I wont have really high dmg nukes (ill have all ice nukes maxed + ice imbume maxed) but im making this build for fun, to have fun, and to be usefull in pts as a chinese character.

So what do you fellas and ladys think? 60 ice 60 force 60 bicheon and 60 fire , then curst heatrs ftw and,
90 ice 90 force 90 bicheon 30 fire or? go for light 30? or fire 90 and bicheon 30 ? or >.<

oh and also in making this build I thought of calling it perhaps an int tanker/healer thats why i thought of having bicheon to 90.

oh and the reason to take fire to 60 for the time being is so i could deal some good dmg with fire nukes ^^.

for faster leveling do a fire 90 too ... so 90 fire / ice / force ... i dnt like healers so much so dnt take my opinion so serious..but that is what i would choose

probably some light for damage increase and speed, the phantom walks will help you stay alive to heal and res your team

90 ice/light/force would mean your nukes would hit hard harder then a normal nuker cause the debuffs, the 90 ice will keep you alive enough to debuff, probally want 30 fire for immunity

Going Light/ice/force would give u a decent chance in 1 vs 1 pvp. If u wanted to focus on healing, u could take heuskal for more hp or maybe bicheon for kd's etc. Even pacheon might come in use cuz u could act as a support knockbacker of something lol

hmm so far i still cant really decide, taking fire to 90 to lvl faster sounds goood but, ive never taken fire so high before.
so no one thinks taking bicheon is a good idea? I mean it has kd, and 2 kinds of 15 sec deff ( block %) and (block certain amount of phy dmg) plus I think at 100 cap (wich is soon) some skills will have bleed and stuff no ?

I dont think i ever asked what was best for 90 cap.

anywho, I plan on wearing a mix of armor and protector, all the time, its been working for me pretty well so far, I dont really care for the little speed bonus and whatever, thats another reason I didint take light, I know some of you are saying phantom/speed will save me and what not, because ill be fast, but with this character I wanted to be more
"rock steady" I dont plan on doing too much running away.
