Bicheon passive question

my question: How much "block" does the passive really give.

-for example, lvl 4 bicheon passive says 5% block ratio increase (something like that). does it add "5 br", OR, "5% more br" to your shield.

-so if it adds 5 br and i have a 15 br shield, ill have 20 br!! XD

-or if i have a 15 br shield and i get 5% more br soooo 15 x 5% = 15.75 br ?? rofl

i believe its 15%+5% so 20%

if your br is 20 , with additonal 5% its gonna be like 21 not 25.

I dont think they would make you invest 20k plus SP (if not more) for ~2% block percentage, so i would assume that having a max block shield and a max block passive the 7% would be added in addition to the block ratio of the shield.

I think it is <Block Rate> + <skill bonus>

Because, after all, isnt block rate a percentage of how many attacks u block?

Hybrids own later levels.

EDIT: and as the level cap rises it will get more and more skewed in their favor.

I think that you have your br... but the % is just additional chance to block, it doesn't increase your br.

From what planet? Lol how about ours?

5% of 20 is? 0,05*20 = 1
5% added to 20 is.. 1,05*20 = 21

( I don't say that this is how the skill works or anything.. i just say if it's an percentage increase of 5% than 21 is perfectly right..)
