S/S Fire.. Hybrid?

Heya

So basically, im makeing a new char, buying lots of Plvl right now

Build is going to be, 90 Bich,90Fire,80Cold, 40 Light.
I dont see the Mag % being a problem, thats the build im settled on.

Now.. atm im level 34, PURE INT.. now iv been discussing with some guildies, do i hybrid.. or stay Pure?

Im a pvp maniac, so i want to pawn.. and i dont want to pwn.. but get owned.. so i want a tank with can KILL.. with deadly output nukes/stabs.

So what can you awsome peeps come up with.
I thought of 7:1.. 8:1.. 5:1.. i really have no idea. HELP!

If you want extra hp then I'd suggest at most 1:8 hybrid int for that build (90 Bich/90Fire/80Cold/40Light).

I just wanted to say that there's no best build. If you learn your character and get good equipment you'll eventually be strong.

1:8.. how many overall levels of that is to put all in STR..

At lvl 90, that would be 10 lvls of str (so 30 points into STR).

if you can use the defense skills properly, like use iron wall in time, use snow shield and fire/ice wall then i would stay pure.. most damage output with fire tree and good survivability using kd/ and those defence moves. this is coming from a 1:7 s/s fire hybrid (my previous build). i can suvive fine but most time i wished i had a little more damage. the faster you kill the less you need to worry about surviving

why'd u wanna get the 80cold for ? and 40 light ?

90 cold 30 light is much betta , from 80 > 90 cold mastery u get like 100+ extra phy def its worth it my man

and u shouldnt be worried about the mag dmg buff goin down further , if u taking it serious pvp u can just pop a dmg scroll(dmg scroll and chineese dmg buff cant be used at same time) and own everyone with ur super dmg/def

^ Agree. But if you are going 90bicheon/90fire/90cold then I see no real need in going hybrid. You could easily go pure for max damage, and you'd still have good survivability. I see no problem about going hybrid neither, so it'd end up on what you prefer.

I think that a SS really needs the magical attack increase buff ( lol don't know the name on the moment )

plz answer because i'm now a hybrid spear and I wanne chanche to SS but i putted 12point to STR..

It's piercing force, and taking 90 fire makes up for the % damage lost from not taking piercing force (because it's imbue is stronger, it's nukes are stronger, and the % phy dmg buff makes up for the physical attacks). The only thing you'd really lose from not taking lightning is speed and ghost walk, but you gain a lot of mag def and some useful buffs from fire (destealth-deinvisible, immunity, etc.). Parry ratio from lightning does not make much difference at all.

Fire already hits as hard as Light. nukes the same lvl without the buff..
Lightning is only better when it comes to mass killing(cranes thunderbolt)
but fire evens that out with its meteor(i forgot the actual name)

fire would definitely outdamage lightning, but you'd lack defence

so ice fire would be an option anytime
