Scorn

People tell me this skill is useless and it sucks, but other people tell me it's really nice. I don't know if I want to invest in the SP to get it though. I'm not even sure what exactly it does.

Can someone explain what this skill does for rogues and give me an example on when it's best used?

It makes the one you use this skill on be able only to target and to attack you. It's up to you if it's useful or not, it might help saving (or annoying) someone , who knows.

Scorn is a skill that requires timing and judgment. Sure you can use it in pvp to mess with other players so they only attack you, but it's potential is much greater. For example, in a pvp situation, use this skill on a cleric or a bard for some fun. If they are healing hp/mp and you toss a scorn their way, they will be healing you (depends on what skill they use).

I'd rather wait for Gross Scorn because you dont need to max Scorn to get it and it works on three people. It just depends on how you use it.

useful in party pvp's like FW
run around scorning nukers while they are casting and it just stops them
lvl 1 scorn works on high lvls
get it if you have the sp but dont freak if you dont have it
