Lion Shout series vs Sword Dance series

I am a full int nuker, build: 90bich/90light/90cold
I have been thinking, the lion shout does less damage than the snake sword
My snake sword is only lvl 1
and my heaven lion is lvl 6
The Snake sword is stronger even if its for phys attack and a little slow, it covers more distance than the lion shouts, has a 7 sec cooldown i think
The Lion Shout series seems to be only for finishing off monsters, weaker than sword dance, but has a 3 sec cool down.
There are 3 books for Snake Sword.
There are 4 for Lion Shout Series.
Can I get an expert opinion on which i should get?

I feel like at later lvls the Lion shout will do better damage. As your builds mag % increases steadily. While your phy % decreases.

I do think the Lion shout is for attracting the enemy, not killing it. Almost like a taunt. With that said, you should predominately increase you sword dance. This does not mean to not upgrade your lion shout; just upgrade it to a lesser extent.

Dance's 2nd book is extremely useful, but dont compare it with shout, a better comparison is the blade force series and shout.

sword dance series has a long cool down time and a short distance the blade force series would be better
