Help on this build

Post by renegadebow »

The build im making is this one here http://www.silkroadforums.com/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=104488

Right now im level 16 with a 9 gap. Do I absolutely have to farm? I currently have 1351 sp.

Or if i constantly have a 4-5 gap be fine, becuase this sp farming is incredibly boring and long.

Thank you.

PS:
If anyone is willing to powerfarm me on redsea. Ill pay in gold.

Sorry, I'm not willing to do that for you, but you can find all your answers here: http://www.nivlam.com/

Also, you don't need to farm all at once with 9 gap. You can farm in steps and then the rest when at lvl 90 with skills at 81. I believe it's less annoying.

Okay. I'll try to explain, don't have much time so sorry if you don't understand:

1st step: Double click 'European SP' at the desktop.
2nd step: At the planned skills put up what your build is going to be when at the cap (choose mastery level and max the skills you are going to take by pressing the blue "m" that appears after chosing the mastery level), and then write down the amount of sp it will need. Don't forget that 2x your level will be your mastery cap, so you can only max 2 masteries (like cleric and warlock)
3rd step: Back to desktop, now go to SP Gap and put: start= 0; end= the level you are planning your build for; gap= 0. You'll now have the amount of SP you'll need to farm. Here you can also play around with the gaps and levels so you can have an idea of how it's going to be, and plan your 'steps' if you don't plan on farming all at once.

By "You can farm in steps" I mean that you can get a 9 gap when at, for example, lvl 32, then farm how much you feel like, then later at what ever, say 52, farm some more, and farm more when you feel like/when you need, and then at lvl 90 leave your skills at 81 and farm everything else you'll need.

Just feel free to explore the 'SP gap' menu.

Thanks. Im thinknig of farming enough to get a 9 gap at lvl 32 (Like you said)

Then farming enough to get to lvl 52 with a 9 gap

Again though, thanks. Im releived to know i dont have to farm so much at a low level

I don't know exactly what you mean, but I think I got it. You are going to open a gap to 9 then close it at 32, I mean leave your skills at 23 then go lvling until 32 then level up your skills? then repeat this at 52? What I meant is to get to, using the same example, level 32, with your skills at lvl 23, then farm until you feel it's enough, then go lvling with a 0 gap until you are running short on SP then leave your skills behind and farm more, and so on. You don't actually need to open up a 9 gap, it can be lower as long as you get to the cap full farmed. I don't know if you got it correctly, it's actually kinda tricky, and I'm not really sure about how to explain it. Try taking a look here viewtopic.php?f=4&t=19902 at part 3. Skill Points & Skill Point Farming to see if you got it correctly. By the way, you don't need to farm at those levels (32-52) nor anything, you can farm actually whenever you want/feel like. Though I'd suggest you to get a 9 gap and stay farming for a while at levels when you get a new degree weapon (16-24-32-42-52-64-76 I think that's it) so you can spend some money on a SOX weapon and farm faster/easier.

i had a 9 gap at lvl 14 on my nuker and tbh i HATED it, i kept it for 1 hr got 5% xp and moved down to 0-5gap since then.
my advice is dont farm till ur 42(penons) its too slow b4 that or get pfarm at ongs

the reason for this is simple ur new(atleast i was) u dont wanna waste time at low lvls u wanna lvl fast get to fun stuff like job/pvp/ctf/wars
Spoiler!

Theseus - lvl 5x - warrior/rogue
