Do I max this all? or just the once so i can reach the best one

u max it to 18 so u can get the 3rd book one i think 63?

Get them all they are your Knock down skills you'll need the best 2. there is 1 that hits 3 targets in front and the other 1 hit just the target, more damage. its good to have both of them due to the fact you dont always KD, so it good to have a back up. both at the 90 cap max around the same level so it not like youll be using skills from 20 levels ago.
