Good PvM build?

Post by orlandu63 »

Stats: Int;
Weapon: Sword;
Armor: Garments;
Force: Ice-Force;

Ice: 70;
Bicheon: 70;
Force: 70;
Lightning: 60;
Fire: 30;

I don't think I should max out bicheon mastery unless there is a good reason to (except for the passive maybe). Help on this would be appreciated.

I'm already level 16 and can 1 hit young tigers /w imbue and illusion chain with a 3 level gap (about 105 mp used per kill), so I think I'm doing well, but I need more approval.

Any suggestions?

i would say lower the light mastery, since generally, as an int player, you dont want multiple mobs on you at once. there are exceptions, but im not talking about farming on greens and whatnot.

IMO, do 70 ice, 70 bicheon (spear will do more damage, but youll need sword+shield in cave anyway), 70 force (optional) 50 light, 40 fire. youll still have good skills with light, without getting raped by 3 mobs at once. and youll have more fire strengths.

there are holes in this, i know, but ill fix it tomorrow if neccessary.

im so sick of hearing how lightning attracts mobs onto you

most mobs are agro anyway's and will come for you anyway's
so you might aswell start to damage them ,
and honestly there are 2 nukes in the hole game that dont have area of effect damage , booki 1 cold nuke and book 1 fire nuke , so you would be screwed anyway's later on lightning nuke or not

hmm. thats true. i didnt think of the later books. thats a good point.

at lower levels you dont really want a lot on you though. i remember lots of times when i was doin the chakji quest and decided to use light nuke on them. 30 seconds later i was in jangan.

but yea, book 2 of fire and ice have aoe. so youre gonna get a bunch on you anyway.

id still reccomend more fire than light though. cus itll do a lot more damage.

yea.... does he even know that you have to be level 30 before you get light nuke????

and if so how the ..... can you die fighting chakji with light nuke????

i have never once been killed by npc, and i use my lightning nuke all the time on everything.... even if all the npc get on me, i kill them before they kill me, isnt that how it is supposed to work???

correct me if i am wrong, but im not. the end.

relax people lion shout is often referred to as a mini nuke, and is available much earlier than 30.

With my Lev nuker 35 alt I can often times kill 2 mobs using wolf's thunderbolt and lightning. Its also great for killing mobs when you are attacking a giant, you never stop attacking the giant, but anything in the area dies.

At level 16 I used lion shout, soul spear and imbue. I was killing chajkis with that combo. If you are going to be a nuker I wouldnt bother with chain, although ghost would be useful. Mostly I knew I was going to invest in the passive to lev 30 so I knew I wasn't wasting many points in spear.

Best for pvm seems to me:
No ice: you want to be good at pvm -> means you want to kill faster -> means you´re better of with fire (why do you take 30fire then anyways)
No bicheon: you won´t need it really pvm. The reason why people take it is because they can knockdown in pvp.. at pvm you just won´t be doing that much.
Max Lightning: you want to move as fast as possible from mob2mob.. + you get much more damage etc skills so maxing lightning is really a must.
Force is optional:: you won´t be healing yourself much, as it takes to much time. But there are some skills that can be pretty help/usefull. If you take force, I suggest to max it and use the current build (for pure int) 90cold/90light/90force/30heuksel. In this case you really want cold instead of fire, because you already have lower mastery points to put in heuksel/bicheon for defense. In other words those 84 extra phy-defense might be a lifesaver.
Do not write stupid,when somebody loses.l lik the game myself but my 6jears old kid,who like to play games so much,has refuse to play,bcos of that word.Pls write something abit funny.l hope you consider my suggestion.Thank you and God bless you.
