One funny question regarding balance

Question: Does magical balance affect the magical damage ?

Consider an experiment:

- 1 level 91 full strength wizard ( ) with no blues on gear --> 110 intel
- 1 level 21 full intel wizard with 10 bonus intelligence --> same 110 intel

Both using level 1 npc staff, using same lvl 1 firebolt skill

In other words, the only difference is magical balance: 98% magical balance vs 28% magical balance

Who would hit harder ? Or they hit the same ?

The idea is quite good and would give us very good info

Its not hard to test (why? Because there are already people who made rogue-wiz and warrior-wiz)

Magical balance plays into the damage equation. The Lv9x full STR would still hit more because even though the magical balance would be different, the amount of Int that character has plays into the damage equation.

all you need to do is equip a staff on any str euro lvl 90 then find a low lvl wizard with the same int and have them both use an npc weapon

someone should actually try this
