Hi all,

I know this probably has been posted million times on the forums, but I just want to hear everyone's opinion and hence summarising the topic on the choice between warlock or wizard with subclass bard? Forget the bard, just purely on experience and knowledge, which one out of the two will you choose and what are the reasons?

The video of warlock grinding (as it was posted on other thread) was pretty impressive and to be honest, it wasn't as dull and boring as wizards..(nuke, next mob, nuke, next mob, aggro, dead) in fact I think its rather challenging using a warlock and with subclass bard, it just made things easier because you can use the speed buffs to run away while you keep on casting curses.

I've used both wizard and warlock but not to higher level, I was testing them out and such.
Wizard, yes, I have to admit they are pretty impressive with AoE and I kill 8-10 players on flag easily, without any cleric buffs. But warlocks can deal less 'one-hit' damage but continuously to alot of mobs.

So say you have to restart all over again and given two choices, which one will you choose?

Warlock/Cleric
Bard as subclass is better for pve but with Warlock/cleric on lvl 90 in pvp you are like "walking god"(saw this somewhere ) cant be stopped almost...

Wizard if you are a fan of PVP and think you will play the character vehemently towards the cap. Your character will die often, but if you truly play vehemently, it won't bother you much.

Warlock if you are a fan of PVE and a casual player who prefers more efficient, "die-less" grinding due to the fact that you don't play much.

Imo go warlock/cleric , the shield+cleric-buffs=close to immortality for int.
I love the way of grinding solo and pty wise ,its like a zerkmachine
You might try Wiz/Lock idk never seen it before ( just a option).

If u like zerk every minute go warlock , love high numbers, go wiz (altho without cleric-buffs/pty(buffs)) u die alot..( i guess)

I like WArlock/Bard

Great for PVE for the speed and mana recovery..you don t need The cleric heal cuz u got drain life,,,and bard recovers your mp so you will berely use pots.

Great for merchant...Noise is great less problems while traveling.

Great in PVP?1 I dunno never tested my level 20 WArlock..
