I wanna be 90/90 bow/light 60/60 fire/cold whats the best hybrid for this build 70:70?????

This may work. You can try it and see how it works for you. Sounds good. Snow would be at 40% I believe.

yea 40 snow i 40something passive buff and power guard
30something i think for mag buff
