Somone fill me in about 60/ice/light

what do u get from 60 ice/light and what do you loose if you keep light/ice low ?
explain to me real quick plz

Well I'm not very sure with chinese builds at higher lvls (>.<).
If you keep lightning low you will have lesser parry ratio, smaller magical attack buff, shorter phantom and slower speed (you can use drugs though). Also your imbue/nukes will do pretty low damage (if you are nuker of course).
If you keep ice low, you will have lesser snow shield, lower physical def. buff (which doesn't seem to be very helpful anyway), and imbue/nukes will do lower damage (though i don't think ice nukes are much useful anyways).

I'm not sure of specifics you gain if you keep light/ice at 60, but I'm sure you get 2nd book of grasswalk and 40% snow shield.

90 weapon
90 fire
60ice/light y go lvl 60 y not all the way to 90 ?
