Do you guys need to level up the first two books of the debuff line? I want to avoid leveling atk rating and parry ratio. Is it possible?

you can if you realy want to save the SP. At higher levels every debuff will help. I can say this from personal experience. even those that dont increase your damage are extreemly worthwhile because they help you tank in an important situation. for instance when A 2H warrior throws on bless LVl 9 and starts slapping the living shit out of you with thier sword. being able to greatly reduce thier attack rating, especial if you gear has high parry ratio, will alow you to survive somthing that would normaly spell doom for another chinese player. and if your not going to get force to level 90 then dont even bother because when your capped everyone will just resist your debuffs.
