Nuker skills???

I am planing to make a nuker,but i have a dilemma about skills! I will be S/S,and i dont know should i have these skills:

bicheon 90
fire 90
lightning 90
cold 30

or these:

bich 60
fire 90
light 90
cold 60
??

Do you have any suggestion??

The usual nuker build is 90 fire/bich, 60 lit/ice or 90 bich/lit/ice, 30 fire. But it also depends on your build, if it's pure or hybrid int etc... You'll need atleast 60 ice tho because your snow otherwise is useless.

But why do I need lvl 90 ice?,30 fire is to small,and if I have yust 30 light than i dont have speed,i need light on 90 cause of speed,and why is cold so important??

Without Cold your a glass cannon. Meaning youll be pretty good (Attacking wise) but when someone hit you...you fall apart. People choose light over fire because of the speed and the magical buff where as fire has physical buff (which is useful but your killer is the nukes). I dont know if you want fire go hybrid. If pure int s/s bich/light/ice is the way to go.

As i already told you must have cold, but I told u must have bicheon too since I was thinking you wanna good pvp character. If you want level fast and be killing machine in pve go fire light ice 90 and maybe pacheon 30 for atack rating.

I said before that I want fast leveler,but i forgott to say that I want fast leveler,and good pvper,but afcourse I cant get both of that!,But Is ther any build between fast leveler and pvper???

Any other build, like any china and euro build? I think bow is pretty much good in bouth, its very fast in leveling cuz of range and criticals, but also its very very good in pvp high critcals and knock back spam and stun = pwnage

Bicheon/Light/Cold is the safest and fastest imo for both pvp and pve (pure int).

Light = speed buffs, area of attack nukes, area of attack imbue, magic dmg increase buffs, finishing moves (shouts). All these equal a faster lvler.

Cold = sustainability buffs such as snow shield and physical def buffs, area of effect nukes, frost nova which can render a bunch of monsters almost helpless simultaneously. This makes you a faster lvl cause you can use these in conjunction with lightning nukes so you don't have to worry about cooldown. It also helps you tank better. (Only do lvl1 1st book, and skill up 2nd and 4th books for frost nova imo).

Bicheon = block ratio increase passive, kd attacks, chains which cause stat conditions (lightning chain anyway ). These help you tank better, so you can fight a bunch of mobs all at once, making it quicker to lvl. These also make you deadly in pvp.
