WARLOCK/CLERIC or Warlock/bard?
I saw the Warlock/cleric guide and it's pretty good but Seem like too much farming for me since I don't like doing it, anyways I have 4 in warlock and 4 in cleric and my warlock im farming is lvl 13 , A friend of mine is a warlock/bard and he says he barely uses any potions.
So I just wana hear from oether people which build would they pick
I almost never PvP cape cuz it's all capped or close to cap people taht do that, I like more to do quests and grind, but I also like to go on every CTF I can ^^
So I just wana hear from oether people which build would they pick

Re: WARLOCK/CLERIC or Warlock/bard?
id say go bard
it helps u move faster, has noise, lets u recover mp and to get hp back ur a warlock anyways
also for ctf odds are ull have at least 1 cleric on your team for bless or ressing purposes
but u probably wont be able to kill giants easily since u cant recover health continuously or bless urself but with those debuffs it wont be impossible

Re: WARLOCK/CLERIC or Warlock/bard?
I think Cleric subclass is more practical than Bard for a few reasons.
-Bless Spell
-Self and Party Heals/Buffs
-Ability to revive fallen party members
-Easy weapon switching
-A powerful last resort nuke
Whereas, the upsides of bard are:
-Speed
-No aggro
-MP Healing
-Tambours
-Fast nukes
Speed can be replaced by drugs or other bard subs. Noise is not too important in my opinion, since you can actually tank quite well on groups of monsters of your level. MP Healing, although it is pretty cool to have, isn't a huge problem especially if you are a Robe user. Even Light Armor users don't run out of MP very often and Vigor grains can be a good solution. Tambours are pretty sweet but then again you probably aren't acting as a Warlock while you're dancing with your harp. The nukes are definitely the best part about being a bard sub, casting 1.5x faster than the Warlock nukes and doing more damage as well. Plus they have the Booming Chord, which is good for group action (or mass murdering noobs).
Cleric is pretty convenient for acting, well, as a cleric. You definitely have more tankability with Healing Cycle and Bless, and immunity with Holy Spell, too. In addition, you are not required to re-equip your shield every time you switch weapons, unlike a harp.
You stated that you don't pvp a lot: I would still pick Cleric over Bard, because a few bonuses of being a Bard can be replaced. If you don't want to farm, Bard is the least SP-intense sub out there, and you really don't need to use MP potions if you want to switch every 16 seconds to use Mana cycle. That's probably what you want to do since you are a low level who doesn't have support from high level friends/accounts. Otherwise, Cleric will keep you alive.

Re: WARLOCK/CLERIC or Warlock/bard?
Warlocks wouldnt be as fast as classes like wizards for plvling, but I guess they could be decent.

Re: WARLOCK/CLERIC or Warlock/bard?
with all the AoE dot's i would assume so. Probably zerkmachine there too, if so then yes. one of the nukes is AoE too, but wizzes are still guna be faster.

Spoiler!
Re: WARLOCK/CLERIC or Warlock/bard?
Lv 85 hybrid warlock here and no I'm not much good at plvling, although I imagine a Lv 90 pure int could do it quite well. If you are going to plvl you should go to the hungry blood ongs since they can't be ksed as easily (double hp and exp of a party ong) and draw a huge group to you with vampire kiss or debuffs then cast a load of dots and run off to find more ongs. Also I find that I get zerk at a normal rate when I'm plvling.

Re: WARLOCK/CLERIC or Warlock/bard?
Warlock/Bard = Squishy you be like paper because no Orbit or Recovery divsion or Holy spell which helps protect you from debuffs which could put you at a big advantage if you can defend against that.
Why bard if you can buy drugs? id say Warlock/Cleric Bard/Cleric best combo.
Im a level 90 FF Warlock/Cleric i have every single skill in both trees and got hundreds of k's of sp left and thhis build is amazing if i could not heal or had holy spell i die in seconds this class can plvl but not as fast as wizard because they have LT which doubles there damage and wiz has massive AoE.
Atleast you can cure yourself and even switch to cleric to do offering or absolute damage on people who are over buffed.
