Sudden Twist - Dual axe skill

Hi all, I was just reading the skill description of Sudden Twist on the MMOSITE page, and I noticed apparently it`s implying that the Bleed and Stun status level does not change from Sudden Twist lvl 1 thorough to max. I just wanted to ask whether this is true or not, and if it` not true, can somebody tell me what levels do the status levels increase. Thanks.

Status level on sudden twist begins at Lv6 or Lv7, then it maxes at Lv9 (level of the status, not the skill). As for at which levels the statuses change, I don't know exactly.

Level of status inflicted by euro skills is raised by 1 at the first lvl of skill above X0, always higher than the X by 1. For example, if skill inflicts dull status, it will get dull lvl 3 on lvl 21-30, dull 4 on lvl 31-39, dull 5 on lvl 40-49, etc.

ok well i KINDA get what you're saying there, but according to what MMOSITE has posted, this means you will need LVL7 of Sudden Twist in order to get LV9 stun and bleed?

Yup, exactly... Sudden twist lvl 7 is first above lvl 70
