chinese/euro build that take least sp?

we all know that a s/s nuker bich/light/ice takes alot of sp farming for chinese buids, and a warlock with any sub takes alot of sp for euro builds

what do you guys think is the lowest costing sp build for chinese? for euro? and can still hold its own in pvp?

one more question.. what is a good ratio of a hybrid to be able to use snow shield (30%) effectively?

my cleric/bard (hacked xD) didn't take much sp. but i was only lvl 34.

Obviously a build that works with no sub. Maybe just a crossbow rouge, guess you would 0 gap it.
