Ok well after about an hour of thinking im decided to make my build like this

i even did the stats part till lvl 90 pure int(i think i missed some Int points)

I wont be the best at PvP or be good at all, but i think ill hold my battles in PvP...Ill mostly be PvE tho (mostly Unique Mob hunting lol)

Wouldnt it be better to use a spear if you are going with cold/fire/light?

Spear have better magical attack dont they?

Ive been messing around with the skill calc thing and

90 bich/light
70 cold
50 fire doesnt look to bad

^ yes spears have better damage, but the shield still has both block ratio and more phy def. Your character will require as much defense as it can get seeing though it has no disables (stuns/kbs/kd). You can use spear while leveling for sure, but i think if you were to use a spear in light/ice/fire build you would have to alternate depending on the situation.
